Rhymes With Orange Newsletter #14 - San Fran bound!

Hey Friends!
It is that time of year again to pull out my vat of Coppertone SPF
200 and start applying liberally. I recommend everyone do the
same.

I am San Francisco bound next week for a wedding, but will be
giving TWO funny and informative talks which you are ALL
cordially invited to to. Slides... stories... censored strips... you'll
never feel the same about me afterwards. (There will be time for
book signing as well.)

The first talk is THURSDAY, JUNE 16th at the San Francisco
Cartoon Art Museum at 7 p.m. It is FREE, but you still need to
call and reserve a seat.

Schulz Museum in Santa Rosa at high noon. Santa Rosa is
about an hour north of San Francisco.

In other news, I was at the annual cartoonist convention in
Kansas City over Memorial Day and learned this interesting tidbit
-- If Rhymes With Orange was translated into Norwegian, and
they wanted to find a Norwegian name for the strip that kept the
same joke in the title (as in, nothing in English rhymes with the
word "orange"), the title of the strip would be...

Rhymes With Sausage!

That tickles me so.
