enjoy the summer.
THE BOOKSIGNING:
I will be signing copies of "Reigning Cats & Dogs," the new dog and
cat

South
Hadley, MA. The event starts at 7pm.

Street,
South Hadley, MA. At Rts. 47 & 116, just 20 minutes from Amherst,

THE NY POST:
Rhymes With Orange is finally in the big apple! It's running in the NY
Post
Monday through Saturday. (Though not on the Post web site.) Please
pass it
along to your city slicker friends, and if they find like it, tell
them to
let the NY Post know!
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
THE VACATION STRIPS:
Last month, my partner and I travelled to the island of Roatan,
Honduras to
see where her mother grew up and meet her mother's side of the family.
In
order to have a real break, I asked my talented friend Margaret
Shulock to
do a week's worth of strips for me. The strips will be running from
July
21-27, and her bio will be on the RWO web site under New News.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
LATE NIGHT NAKED RABBIT BAGGING:
Always willing to lend a hand in the grocery shopping, our orange cat
brought in a live rabbit and dropped it on our bed at 11:30 p.m. last
week
while we were going to sleep. Chaos ensued as we chased the rabbit (no
longer playing dead but now moving at full bunny velocity around the
perimeter of the room) and trapped it under a towel. It was released,
unscathed, into the back yard.

WRAP UP
If you have friends whose e-mails have changed (who doesn't, really?),
and
who think would enjoy this newsletter, please pass it onto them!
Next newsletter, I'll tell you about the writing workshop with
cartoonist
superstar Lynda Barry and my partner's guest appearance in the on-line
strip
Janes World.
Now go back outside and play.
