Thank you, Hilary, this is the quintessential comment on mother homages in my book. I laughed because I listen to the litany almost every day from my mother in law, AND my daughter listens to my litany every once in a while. I thank God that my M-I-L is still alive to talk to and my daughter and I have a good relationship that she continues to listen politely while I give he all the advice necessary for her well being. Actually, she is doing very well raising her daughters and loving her husband on the other side of the US without my help. Thank you again. Linda Hall
Thank you – this was timely; it was published just days after I told my mom I dreaded emails from her saying “Do you know this person?” – and she was the one who emailed me the link to this page; we got a good chuckle out of it. This strip has been for a very long time, and remains, my favorite comic.

Thanks Julia!! I’ve been on a family vacation so just catching up. Glad your mom has a sense of humor!
